Our karaoke system uses smart QR code scanning, allowing guests to easily access the song library, make selections, and manage their playlist—all directly from their smart Devices for a seamless experience.
7. Can I request songs that aren’t in the system?
We regularly update our song library, and special requests can be submitted in advance. Let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll do our best!
8. Do you serve food and drinks?
We don’t provide food or drinks directly at Starlight Disco & Karaoke. Whether food and beverages are allowed will depend on the specific venue you’ve booked with. Each location has its own policies, so we recommend checking with your venue host or coordinator in advance to see what’s permitted and if outside catering or bar service is available.
9. Is there a dress code?
The dress code isn't set by Starlight Disco & Karaoke directly
it depends on the venue you've booked with. Some venue providers allow casual wear and a relaxed dress style, while others may have stricter dress policies that require smart or formal attire. Because each location may have different expectations, we recommend checking directly with your chosen venue in advance to make sure you and your guests are dressed appropriately for the occasion.
10. Do you host private events or parties?
Absolutely! We cater for birthdays, hen/stag nights, corporate events, and more. Custom packages available upon request.
11. Is there parking available?

Parking is not managed or regulated by Starlight Disco & Karaoke. It is entirely up to the venue you've booked, as each location may have different parking arrangements or restrictions. Some venues offer on site parking or nearby lots,
while others may rely on street parking with time limits or permit requirements. We strongly recommend checking with your venue in advance to find out the parking options available
and to avoid any surprises like a yellow ticket on your windshield!
12. What’s your cancellation policy?
Starlight Disco & Karaoke – Cancellation Policy
At Starlight Disco & Karaoke, we understand how important your event is, and we’re committed to providing an exceptional experience. To secure your booking and ensure everything is properly prepared for your special day, we require a deposit at the time of reservation. This helps us allocate resources, reserve your preferred date and time, and begin the planning process.
We offer a full refund of your deposit if you cancel at least four weeks prior to your scheduled event. This allows us sufficient time to reallocate the date to other clients and avoid unnecessary costs
Example, if your reservation is booked for Eight weeks, before your event you will be eligible for a full refund if you cancel within the first 4 weeks. any Cancellations made during weeks six or seven may result
in the deposit being non-refundable."

We encourage all clients to communicate any changes as early as possible. While we strive to be flexible and understanding, especially in unexpected circumstances, late cancellations may incur additional charges or result in forfeiture of the deposit.
