Client Information and Payment Terms

Thank you for choosing Starlight Disco and Karaoke. We’re delighted to be part of your event and look forward to helping make it a memorable occasion. Please read the information below carefully it explains how bookings are secured, our payment expectations, and what to expect from our arrival and setup.

Booking Confirmation and Payment

• Securing your booking

To secure your booking and confirm your arrival time we require either the full payment or an agreed part payment to be completed prior to the event. Once payment is received, you’re booking and the agreed arrival / setup time are fully confirmed.

• Late payment

If payment remains outstanding one day before the event, we will be unable to proceed with setup on the day of your event.

• Onsite non-payment

If we arrive and set up but payment is still outstanding, Starlight Disco and Karaoke will be unable to continue providing services until the payment issue is resolved.

Payment Options and Alternative Plans

• Accepted methods

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. If you prefer a different method, please tell us in advance.

• Split payments cash and online payments

If you need to split the balance or arrange payment schedule, contact us as soon as possible so we can document the agreement and avoid confusion close to the event date.

Arrival, Setup and Responsibilities

• Arrival time

Our team will arrive at the agreed time to allow sufficient time for safe and professional setup. Please ensure the venue and required access points are available at that time.

• Changes to access or location

If there are any changes to venue access, parking, or the setup location, notify us ahead of arrival so we can adapt without delaying the event start.

• Venue information

Provide any venue restrictions, security requirements, or on-site contact details before the event to ensure a smooth setup.

• Safe area for equipment

Please ensure there is a suitable, safe area for equipment and that any health and safety or venue-specific rules are communicated in advance.

Cancellation and Non-Payment

• Cancelling or changing bookings

If you need to cancel or change your booking, inform us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply where changes affect staffing or travel arrangements, calculated in line with the notice given.

• Service suspension

Failure to pay by the deadline will mean we cannot operate at the event. If we are already onsite when payment remains outstanding, services will be paused until payment is made.
